Micah is a senior strategic advisor with over 25 years of leadership experience across the humanitarian, development, and displacement sectors. Throughout her career, she has specialized in navigating complex global environments to lead high-stakes advocacy, crisis communications, and digital transformation initiatives.
With a background spanning more than 70 countries — including extensive work in Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, South Asia, and North America — Micah excels at bridging the gap between grassroots evidence and global policy.
At Graventura Group, she leverages this deep field-led insight to help purpose-driven organizations and public-private actors turn ambitious visions into scalable, systemic impact.
20+ years’ experience
Natalia is an advocacy, policy, and campaigns strategist with over 20 years of leadership experience across the humanitarian and development sectors. She is an external engagement expert with a proven track record of influencing governments, donors, and private sector actors to drive policy change, unlock funding, and advance complex reform agendas.
With a background in legal practice and international human rights, she has led high-level advocacy strategies, public campaigns, and policy initiatives across migration systems, child protection, public health, and family reunification. Her work bridges grassroots realities with institutional decision-making — from building social movements to advising senior leaders and negotiating with government and funding partners.
Having lived and worked across Europe, Latin America, and North America, Natalia operates seamlessly across cultures and sectors. She is fluent in English, Russian, Spanish and French.
